Major relief efforts in three days – computers and material donations for Austria and Ukraine

In recent days, together with many dedicated partners and supporters, we have been able to implement three major relief efforts:

Together with many committed partners and supporters, we have been able to implement three major aid campaigns in the last few days:

Thursday:
On Thursday we had 120 complete PC systems and 50 laptops These devices will be sent to the people's aid in Vorarlberg, which provides digital support to disadvantaged people. Funding was provided by the Foundation Propter Homines and SECI (Executive Coordinator Dr. Michael Fazekas). A total of 6 pallets with educational opportunities

Friday:
A group of volunteers from Romania and Ukraine has around 180 complete PC systems and various IT materials were collected. The aim was to equip Schools in UkraineThe project was organized by Horia Baciu, who also personally accompanies the delivery. Two heavily loaded vans as a sign of solidarity with the Ukrainian people.

Saturday:
A large truck with several Tons of relief supplies was for Hospitals, orphanages, schools and medical facilities in Ukraine loaded. The donations – including:

hospital beds

electric & manual wheelchairs

Blankets & bed linen

Toys

Disinfectants

over 1,8 tons of medical supplies

Shower cubicles & bathtubs

Industrial kitchen appliances

School furniture

were of Erich Hofmarcher and the Kiwanis Club Austria collected and made available. This transport was also carried out by Horia Baciu who procured the truck. Loading was carried out with the active help of volunteers from Ukraine and Carsten Aulenbacher and Leo Brunner of PCs für alle.

Part of the aid supplies will go specifically to the home for the blind in Kharkiv , for which we have previously conducted fundraising campaigns. Home for the blind in Kharkiv
