Home of great daughters and sons in the ORF
PCs for All - Founder Peter Bernscherer was a guest on ORF's "Home of Great Daughters and Sons" and was able to introduce our association.
Around the national holiday, the lyrics of the national anthem are often on everyone's lips. "Homeland, you are the home of great sons and daughters," it says. Yes, of course, a few names immediately spring to mind: Wolfgang Amadeus, Anton Zeilinger, Barbara Prammer, Gustav Klimt, Christine Nöstlinger, and the rest. But there are so many great sons and daughters that we perhaps don't know much about. We are therefore all the more pleased that ORF recently visited us and portrayed Peter Bernscherer as a great son. He is the last person who necessarily wants to be the center of attention, but Peter's heart beats for the club, and that's why he likes to take every opportunity to increase reach and spread information about the club. Julia Korponay-Pfeifer has put together a very fine report - we are delighted when someone has such a good insight into what makes the club special. Thank you!
We want to continue because we see and feel how meaningful our work is, even if it's often tedious and sometimes someone almost runs out of steam because there are so many requests or so many devices that need to be completed in such a short time. But we can't do it alone; we need reach, we need people to talk about us, and we need people to bring their old PCs to us. That's why we're so grateful for TV reports. At this point, a heartfelt thank you to Kathi Weinmann and Anna Masoner for their dedicated reports on our association. It's great to see what we can achieve together. We keep on rocking.
