Lara S. and the aid supplies for Ukraine
Some time ago, Ms. Lara S. began collecting clothing, non-perishable food, school supplies, toys, etc. for Ukraine...
There were well over 200 boxes and then there were problems with the transport to Ukraine and the boxes had to be removed from the room that had been made available for storage.
In a joint effort, we managed to transport and distribute the Red Cross Vienna and the club Train of Hope – Refugee Aid to be completed in one day.
Students from a school where Lara taught played the largest role—they took on the towing work to Beate Loinger's car. Staff from Train of Hope and the Red Cross took over the rest, working overtime.
We are very happy that we were able to help and that everything worked out so well.
