Mini golf tournament of Lebenshilfe NÖ
At the weekend, Bernhard Misak invited us to an event he organized for Lebenshilfe Niederösterreich www.noe.lebenshilfe.at A mini-golf tournament in which people with disabilities formed a team with celebrities and, of course, played.
It was truly a fantastic event, and a joy to see how barriers were overcome and made irrelevant. Bernhard beautifully noted this in his acceptance speech. Some people are good at running, others are good at math. But everyone has talents and is just as important as everyone else.
And the best part, of course, was seeing how much joy the participants had with their trophies, medals, certificates and the joy of others.
The facility was designed by BAC Minigolf www.bac-minigolf.at provided free of charge and, of course, the event was also supervised.
