§3 Visiting the website

§3.1 Web hosting

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. For this purpose, a data processing agreement has been concluded. Here you will find the Privacy information from ALL-INKL.COM.

ALL-INKL.COM access statistics are completely anonymized (e.g. the IP address 11.22.33.44 becomes the IP address 0.0.0.0) and deleted after 70 days.

§3.2 SSL certificate

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, an encryption protocol that serves as binding proof of identity. You can recognize this in your browser, among other things, by the URL beginning with https://. This ensures secure data transfer between our server and your browser.

§3.3 Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form on our website, the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, message) will be stored by us to process your request. This data will not be shared with third parties. When you submit the contact form, it is protected with Google reCAPTCHA to prevent misuse.

§3.4 Newsletter

To send our newsletter, we use the service Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), offered by Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Brevo is a provider of email marketing and delivery solutions.

The data you provide when registering for the newsletter (first name, last name, and email address) will be stored on Brevo's servers in the EU. Brevo uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Brevo may also use this data to optimize and improve its own services. However, Brevo does not share this data with third parties and does not use it to send you newsletters itself.

With the help of Brevo, we can analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent with Brevo, a file contained in the email (a so-called web beacon) connects to Brevo's servers. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked. Furthermore, technical information is recorded (e.g., time of retrieval, IP address, browser type, and operating system). This data is used exclusively for the statistical evaluation of newsletter campaigns. The results can be used to better tailor future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.

The legal basis for processing your data for the purpose of sending the newsletter is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by unsubscribing from the newsletter. You will find a corresponding link at the end of each newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

§3.5.1 What are cookies?

Cookies are generally used by websites to store user data locally and on the server in order to make certain functions more user-friendly. A website uses cookies to recognize who is currently visiting it and can therefore adapt to user needs to a certain extent.

§3.5.2.2 Google Maps (optional)

We use Google Maps to display our location.

§3.5.2.3 YouTube (optional)

For displaying videos embedded via YouTube.

When you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube video, a connection to YouTube's servers is established—depending on the integration. This information informs the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

The videos are embedded in the so-called enhanced data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode ensures that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website until they actively play the video. Only when the video is played can data processing by YouTube occur, over which we have no control.

§3.5.2.4 Google Ads (optional)

Our website uses the online advertising program Google Ads and, as part of this, Google Conversion Tracking. If you access our website via a Google ad, a cookie is placed on your device. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.

If a user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie hasn't yet expired, Google and we can recognize that someone clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics. We learn the total number of users who clicked on an ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that could personally identify users.

The processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, provided you have granted your consent via our cookie banner. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect.

§3.6 Access statistics

Matomo (self-hosted)

Our website uses Matomo, an open-source software for statistical analysis of visitor access. Matomo is operated on our own server. The data collected by Matomo is stored exclusively on this server and not passed on to third parties.

Matomo is configured to be data protection friendly:

• IP addresses are anonymized stored (e.g. by shortening the last two octets).
• It will no cookies used (unless explicitly activated).
• The processing is based on legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, as it serves to optimize our website.

You have the option to object to the recording of your visit at any time:

Matomo is hosted locally on our server at ALL-INKL.COM and used with the following settings:

• Anonymize the IP address of visitors: 2 bytes - e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx
• Use the anonymized IP address also for processing visits: YES
• Replace user ID with pseudonym: YES
• Force tracking without cookies: YES
• Regularly delete old data from the database: delete logs that are older than 180 days
• Delete old aggregated report data: Delete reports older than 12 months

Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)

Pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making.

Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

You have the right to have your data rectified and/or completed if the personal data concerning you that are processed are incorrect or incomplete.

Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

According to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)

According to Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you request it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format and, if necessary, to transmit it to third parties. The right to data portability does not apply to the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, which we process on the basis of a "legitimate interest" (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR); this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. You can object to data processing for direct marketing purposes at any time without giving reasons. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data concerning you will no longer be processed for these purposes.
